雷諾的國家汽車博物館(The National Automobile Museum)

這個博物館所展示的汽車大部分都是世界上最大的賭博業Harrah's老闆Bill Harrah的私人收藏…所以這間博物館暱稱The Harrah Collection…展示的車種從1892年到目前的車型…超過兩百台的汽車…(有錢人真的是太爽了…我們平常人頂多收集郵票..錢幣之類的…有錢人竟然是收集超貴的古董車…)…是世界上前十大汽車博物館之一…於1989年開幕…
博物館展出的車子有出現過在電影裡…像是鐵達尼號..蝙蝠俠等等….很多得過冠軍比賽的車種…還有就是知名人物的車子…像是貓王的生日禮物等等…..
此外…博物館每個月都有活動…每段時期都有不同的展覽…很值得愛車的朋友來參觀…入場費只要九元…真的是超級划算的啦…6-18歲的小孩只要三元….這真的是俗擱大碗….
博物館還舉辦了抽獎的活動…只要一元就可以參加抽獎活動…就有機會贏走一台古董車喔~~~抽獎的那台車在我的相簿裡有照..或是連結 www.pixnet.net/photo/staphlee/45661336

博物館的車曾出現於以下的電影:
• The 1892 Philion Road Carriage appeared in Excuse My Dust with Red Skelton and The Magnificent Amberson’s with Orson Welles.
• The 1912 Rambler 73-400 Cross Country was in the 1997 blockbuster movie,
Titanic, winner of 11 Academy Awards, It appeared in the dock scene prior to the ship’s departure from Southampton, England.
• The 1938 Phantom Corsair Experimental Six-Passenger Coupe was featured in the 1938 movie, The Young in Heart, starring Paulette Goddard, Janet Gaynor, Billie Burke and Douglas Fairbanks, Jr.
• The 1949 Mercury Series 9CM Six-Passenger Coupe was driven by actor James Dean in the 1955 movie, Rebel Without a Cause.
